This is a sample of the characters used in a Paranoia session, and what happened to them. Enjoy :)
--- Kingh-R-TUR-4 ------------------------------------------------------------
Thought of as traitor, society member and (falsely) IntSec plant twice
Killed by an overdose of tranquilizer adminstered by an expirimental docbot
Killed by two sonic grenades carelessly dropped by Swarzneg
Killed in the final clash by Tois and Wondd
Noteworthy actions:
+ Called trustworthy by fellow troubleshooter
+ Observant citizen, doesn't trust people at first sight
+ Put in an appropriate leadership position
+ Recognizes The Computer as his friend
-- Considered a possible traitor by two fellow troubleshooters
  - Did not complete secret society mission
  - Failed to fill out Mission Report Form n38n38n38.7 properly
  - Nominates self for promotion
  - Responsible for loss of PLC equipment
Competence level: Poor (-2)
Future treatment: Removed from CPU section; additional kitchen duties

As a member of the Central Processing Unit (CPU), you are one of the managers
of Alpha Complex. Leave the physical work to others - you are a born leader
in The Computer's bureaucracy. But The Computer doesn't really concern you
overly much. You prefer thinking of yourself and making a nice profit. So you
joined a club of similar people that call themselves Free Enterprise. They
encourage free trade among everybody. Including mutants and secret societies,
if need be, although some of them hamper trade and are better off dead.
Lasers are cheap anyway. The bad thing about The Computer is that it doesn't
understand this basic law of economics. It would call you a traitor just for
suggesting your views. But you won't get caught, you're too good for that.
And you've got a trick up your sleeve - a mutant power you started training a
while ago allows you to change shapes into just about anything you want for a
little while. Chance for success is your power score. Of course showing a
mutant power would give The Computer another excuse for killing you, and
that'd be bad for profits, so let's keep it secret. On the upcoming mission,
you can probably make a handsome profit on something called Rocks. You're to
speak to their owner, manager, or whatever, and see if there's something to
sell. Like Rock pictures, tiny Rocks to keep in your dorm room, anything -
people are stupid enough to buy it anyway. And you've got a secret deal
worked out. You will meet someone who will address you as Xarinax. He has
agreed to buy Owinf's picture from you for 1000 plasticreds. What a deal!
Special Equipment: 12 zzzzz pills; autographed picture of Owinf-R-III-3; 1240
plasticreds

--- Refridg-ATR-4 ------------------------------------------------------------
Thought of as mutant four times, society member twice and traitor once
Killed by Tois in the underground, justfully accused of treason
Killed by blowing his own head off through over-use of mutant powers
Killed in the final clash by Tois and Wondd
Mistook two people for IntSec plants
Noteworthy actions:
-- Considered a possible traitor by two fellow troubleshooters
-- Responsible for loss of experimental R&D equipment
  - Did not complete secret society mission
  - Didn't recognize The Computer as his friend
  - Failed to fill out Mission Report Form n38n38n38.7 properly
  - Failed to find and terminate any IntSec agents
  - Nominates self for promotion
Competence level: Non-existant (-9)
Future treatment: Termination

History:
As a daily job, you work for Technical Services (TECH), which means you are
responsible for keeping just about everything mechanical in working order.
Maintenance is very important to The Computer, and that's fine because as
long as you keep working it won't ask too many questions. And that's good
because you have something to hide. You are a mutant, and proud of it. The
Computer and most citizens consider it treason, and would shoot you at sight
if you displayed it. However, it is clear that mutant humans are the
genetical superiors of non-mutants. For example, your mutant power of psionic
blast can stun everybody in a five-meter radius. You can't see the average
human do that. Chance of success is your power score. All those with powerful
mutant powers are teaming up to seize control of Alpha Complex, with or
without The Computer's cooperation - this is the secret society of Psion
we're talking about. That's treason, too, but who cares as long as you kill
anybody who finds out! Psion is strong, and those weakling purebloods are
going to realize that soon enough. On your oncoming mission, you are going to
have to take a look at the Rocks (you will probably find out who they are
during briefing), who are powerful and held in high esteem. See if any of
them are fit for Psion. If there are, get them to join using whatever means
you deem necessary. By the way, this month's password is Xarinax. Someone you
meet has additional information for you if you give him the password.
Finally, keep an eye out for Internal Security among your fellow
troubleshooters. You don't want anybody nosing around, so if an IntSec gets
too curious you may have to, you know, silence them. And that goes for the
Rocks, too. Hail Psion!

Special equipment:
Flashlight; portable toolkit with screwdrivers, pliers, soldering iron, duct
tape, clamps, screws, monkey wrench, and assorted nuts and bolts; Happiness
Chocolate Bar; 119 plasticreds

--- Swarzneg-R-RRR-3 ---------------------------------------------------------
Falsely thought of as IntSec plant
Mistook someone for an IntSec plant
Killed by two sonic grenades he dropped when his forcefield didn't go on
Killed in the final clash by Tois and Wondd
Noteworthy actions:
++ Nominated for promotion by fellow troubleshooter
+ Recognizes The Computer as his friend
+ Observant citizen, doesn't trust people at first sight
-- Directly opposed secret society mission
  - Considered a possible traitor by fellow troubleshooter
  - Nominates self for promotion
Competence level: Average (0)
Future treatment: Troubleshooter in good standing
Note: Did not pay any attention to background

Bashing things is fun! Because of this reason, you joined Alpha Complex's
Armed Forces (ARMY). As such it is your duty and honour to protect The
Computer from direct assault by commie traitors. Or something like that. It
doesn't really matter, as long as you get to bash things. The other folks
protecting The Computer are those weaklings from Interal Security. They're
constantly messing with forms to try to get rid of traitors. Can't they see
that just doesn't work? Traitors are to be killed, before they kill you.
Easy. The Computer should assign more bots to this job, too, because bots are
our true strength. Most humans are pretty weak. You are an exception to that,
of course. In fact you can be as strong as Sup-R-MAN-3 if you want it, only
it doesn't last too long. It feels great and really helps with bashing tough
things. Just not tell anybody about it because they would probably consider
it a mutant power and shoot you. Chance for success is your power score. And
if that's not enough, you've got your trusty cybernetic eye laser! It's just
the thing they fit on bots. Strong, too. If only you could be more of a bot,
you would be even stronger and could bash even more things! About a month ago
you found some folks who agree - a secret society called Corpore Metal.
Joining them was probably treason, too, but it's not so bad as they only want
to help The Computer and its sacred bots. And bash the evil mutants, of
course. From what you've heard your mission is going to involve some people
called Rocks. You're not sure what that means, but they sound tough so you'll
probably want to protect them. And bash anybody attacking them. What fun!
Someone you should be sure to bash down is called Xarinax, a well-known
traitor.
Special equipment: Rope (20 meters); cybernetic eye laser; truncheon; brass
knuckles

--- Tois-R-USS-4 -------------------------------------------------------------
Thought of as mutant four times
Mistook someone for IntSec plant
Killed by Refridg after the car ride, justfully accused of treason
Killed by a badly aimed clone insertion module for Wondd-R-FUL-2
Killed by donning an anti-mutant helmet while being a mutant himself
Noteworthy actions:
+ Called trustworthy by fellow troubleshooter
+ Observant citizen, doesn't trust people at first sight
+ Recognizes The Computer as his friend
+ Returned alive with mission report
+ Upheld internal security by locating traitor troubleshooters
  - Considered a possible traitor by fellow troubleshooter
  - Did not complete secret society mission
  - Failed to fill out Mission Report Form n38n38n38.7 properly
  - Filled in wrong job on Mission Report Form n38n38n38.7
  - Nominates self for promotion
Competence level: Average (0)
Future treatment: Troubleshooter in good standing

The other troubleshooters think you are of the PLC service (Production,
Logistics & Commissary). They don't realize you are really a member of
Internal Security (IntSec). You are to keep an eye on the other
troubleshooters and see if they misbehave or perform treasonous acts. You
will report any such thing to The Computer (or your superiors), and rest
assured that any traitors will be executed. However, there's one thing more
important than The Computer: the Sierra Club, a secret society you joined a
while ago. Technically this is treason, but since the Sierra Club doesn't
really oppose The Computer like most secret societies do, you don't think it
can hurt. Best to keep it away from the others, though. There may be some
fanatics that would shoot you otherwise. The goal of the Sierra Club is to
assist mankind in going back to Nature. You could assist them by adding some
green touches to Alpha Complex. If you get the chance, plant the flower seeds
you have somewhere they'll grow. An ally called Xarinax has additional seeds
for you if you ask him, but don't get him involved otherwise. Your superiors
from Sierra Club gave you another mission - The Computer will send you on a
mission to some people called Rocks. Despite their name, these Rocks are
opposing the flow of nature. So kill them. Finally, you have the mutant power
of teleportation. This is something you were born with, and you're a bit
afraid to use it because having a mutant power is treason. However, it might
be useful in an emergency, as long as nobody finds out. Chance of success is
your Power score.
Special equipment: bullhorn; 125 plasticreds; ice gun; packet of flower seeds

--- Willsca-R-LET-3 ----------------------------------------------------------
Thought of as IntSec plant twice, mutant and society member once each
Killed by internal security when caught at singing unauthorized songs
Killed in the final clash by Kingh and Swarzneg
Noteworthy actions:
+ Called trustworthy by fellow troubleshooter
  + Completed secret society mission
+ Recognizes The Computer as his friend
+ Upheld internal security by locating traitor troubleshooters
-- Considered a possible traitor by two fellow troubleshooters
  - Filled in wrong job on Mission Report Form n38n38n38.7
Competence level: Fair (+1)
Future treatment: Credit bonus; three-day holiday

During the mission, you claim to be a member of Power Services (POW), the
people maintaining Alpha Complex's power plants. However, in fact you are a
member of Internal Security (IntSec), assigned to this mission to keep an eye
on the other troubleshooters. Some citizens are not as faithful as they claim
to be, and it's up to you to find them out before they can cause harm to The
Computer, and tell your superiors of their treason so they can be mercifully
executed. The Computer is great! You love The Computer so much you recently
joined the First Church of Computerianism. This is a group of people devoted
to The Computer and all its aspects. It's only too bad it's technically a
secret society, and therefore technically treasonous, so troubleshooters
jealous of your good relation with The Computer may use it as an excuse to
shoot you. There's one other slight problem - you have a mutant power that
allows you to electrically zap people nearby. (chance for success is your
power score). You're not sure what to do with this because having a mutant
power is treason, but it occasionally comes in handy in defending The
Computer and its Church. They even sent you on a mission - such an honor! The
mission involves a group of people called Rocks. You are to speak to the
Rocks privately and talk them into spreading Church propaganda through their
songs. You've got a sample song with you, but they're free to improvise. You
may have to convert them to the Church first. If necessary use threat,
violence, or blackmail. It's all for the common good. This goes for someone
called Xarinax, too, who is some sort of agent or spy for them. Praise the
Computer and its programming prophets! The Computer is your friend!
Special Equipment: Pocket camera (for getting proof of treasonous acts); film
for 13 pictures; Holy Book of The Computer; can of Bouncy Bubble Beverage;
pocket watch; sample song hidden in can; 85 plasticreds

--- Wondd-O-FUL-3 ------------------------------------------------------------
Thought of as IntSec plant and traitor
Killed by hitting a tunnel ceiling with the car's driver ejection system
Killed by a sonic grenade he set off at ground zero feeling lucky
Noteworthy actions:
 ++ Completed secret society mission
+ Found and terminated IntSec agent
+ Recognizes The Computer as his friend
+ Returned alive with mission report
  - Didn't recognize any of the traitors around
Competence level: Very good (+4)
Future treatment: Promotion to level Orange; credit bonus; seven-day holiday

You work for Housing Preservation and Development of Alpha Complex (HP&D).
Mostly this job consists of administration for the masses, and occasionally
providing them with entertainment. The bureaucracy is ridiculous - whenever
somebody asks you to get anything done, you can't help them because
regulations require that you first send them to three other people to get
ridiculous forms, then to five others to have them signed. @&#*($#&. It's all
The Computer's fault! It is evil and must be destroyed! Lately you have been
able to find some people who share your views here - you have joined the
secret society PURGE. You realize that this is treason, but that's The
Computer's rule anyway. And The Computer sucks. You're not sure what your
next mission will be about, but since The Computer wants it done, you
certainly don't want it done. You will take extreme care that the mission
fails. And you will destroy as much of The Computer's property as possible -
equipment, bots, transportation, whatever. Because it helps The Computer, and
The Computer must be crushed! Just make sure your fellow troubleshooters
don't find out. Especially anybody from internal security! There's bound to
be at least one IntSec officer secretly on the mission. If he finds you out,
kill him. Or if you find him out, kill him just the same. One thing that may
be of any help is your mutant power of pyrokinesis. This, too, is treason, so
it should be kept from others. It can be used to ignite anything combustible
within five metres. Maybe you can find something fun to burn away. Like
computer stuff. Chance for success is your Power score. Lastly, superiors
told you to seek out for Xarinax. It's somebody's secret name. Find out if
he's trustworthy, and if not, kill him. Smash The Computer! PURGE is your
riend!
Special Equipment: 1 kg of heavy explosive; remote detonator; 99 plasticreds;
